Antiblast is a product from Zaclon and Soprin designed to solve a common problem—spatter as fluxed parts go into the 850-degree zinc. Moisture trapped on the part expands rapidly, which caused the zinc to bubble and even pop out of the kettle. When you use Antiblast, this spray is minimized, often eliminated completely. This leads to a safer work area, less zinc spattered on the floor or sides of the kettle; this also reduces the amount of hot-dip galvanizer skimmings created.
