Specialty Products
White Rust Preventative: Zaclon WRP® is a patented non-chromate passivation for zinc surfaces. WRP's primary application is to fresh hot-dip galvanized surfaces, in the quenching tank. This provides white rust and/or wet storage stain protection in an environmentally friendly way, and in a safe application process.
Tin Plating Additives: Zaclon produces an additive for High-Speed® halogen tin plating; this additive brightens the tin deposits, particularly in re-flow on high speed lines.
Cleaner Additives: Zaclean® Concentrate is an additive for alkaline cleaning operations. Used in combination with caustic soda (NaOH) in a hot cleaning tank, it will aid cleaning of a wide variety of soils and paints. The formulation is specially designed for the needs of hot-dip galvanizers, though it can be used in any metal cleaning application.
Wetting Agent: Zaclon Wetting Agent A is a specialized wetting agent designed for preflux solutions. Properly used, this product aids in wetting of the metal surface, gives better drainage and thinner flux layers, and can decrease zinc spatter in the hot-dip galvanizing operation.
Rubber Antioxidant: Antox AT® is available from Zaclon; this provides the ultimate protection for rubber formulations against cracking, UV degredation, and heat oxidation effects for critical rubber parts.
Rubber Accelerators: Rubber curing agents of the aldehyde-amine type are manufactured by Zaclon, and can be delivered world-wide. This well-known accelerators have been used with all types of natural and synthetic rubber manufacture.
Alloy Repair Rods: Lead free solder rods for blended repair of damaged galvanized coatings (smaller areas).
